Maxinne initially aspired to be a doctor and earned a full scholarship for a Biology degree in Manila. Although unforeseen circumstances changed her career path, she remained dedicated to helping others. After working as a marketing assistant, she found her true passion in audiology. She completed a Master’s in Audiology from the University of Santo Tomas, where she participated in hearing missions alongside ENT specialists. As an audiologist, Maxinne worked closely with ENTs, specialising in hearing aid fitting and patient care. Her compassionate approach and commitment to patient well-being set her apart. Lee Fletcher, Company Director and Principal Audiologist at Regain Hearing, has over a decade of experience in dispensing private hearing aids, having qualified in 2005 at Amplivox Academy in Wilmslow. He began his career as a field audiologist, offering home-visit services, and developed the UK’s first mobile demonstration unit to showcase instant hearing correction. Promoted in 2007 to run Amplifon’s Maidstone centre, Lee combines his background in Creative Music Technology from Sheffield University with advanced audiology techniques to treat hearing loss and tinnitus. Known for his approachable manner and technical expertise, Lee has established Regain Hearing as a successful private practice since 2010, with branches across Kent. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and their four daughters, and playing music with his band.
