Nikki Skinley

Nikki joined in May 2023 as one of our mobile team, having decided it was time for a new career challenge. She decided to come into audiology as she enjoys the customer contact and has a passion for helping people. She has a background in design, problem-solving and researching is her forte, along with many other skills.

Nikki has not looked back at her decision and thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and potentially changing people’s lives; she gets a real buzz from helping people; she says her job is very rewarding and satisfying.’ She is a strong believer that customer care goes a long way, which is one of Regain Hearing’s many values.

She studied at the Mary Hare School of Audiology, obtaining her HCA qualification, and is currently studying at university for her hearing aid dispensing degree.
Nikki loves learning new things; anything she can add on to her bow that helps make the patients experience better is a win in her mind.
In her spare time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and friends; she has an interest in cars and we can’t forget being competitive with her fishing just to remind her husband she has the biggest personal best 😉

Nikki has moved into our Sevenoaks practice and looks forward to seeing you there.
