How to Request a Benefit

Need repairs or replacements? Simply email us at reassure@regainhearing.co.uk or call 0800 028 6763. Our friendly team is committed to processing requests within 14 days. Please note that a 15% excess fee applies for replacement devices.

When to Apply

We recommend signing up for Regain Reassure as soon as possible to ensure comprehensive protection. Your membership begins upon receipt of your completed form or payment.

You can add a membership to any hearing aids purchased from Regain Hearing as long as they are less than 2 years old.
