How to find us
The historic dockyard is easy to find, with helpful signage in and around central Chatham. Our location is directly within the dockyard buildings, a short route from the main entrance barriers.
Turn into Chatham Dockyard and park in the main car park, turning left just before you reach it. Walk towards the security building on the left and ask for Regain Hearing at the barrier.
The Joiners Shop is a one-minute walk from there. You will see it on the right-hand side, just past the disabled car park on the left (if you have a disabled badge, you can park here, which is very convenient). Just pop into reception, and we’ll take it from there!
Parking Information
Free parking spaces are abundant near the clinic — we’re ideally located for all your hearing healthcare needs. Alternatively, if you prefer, just park in the main dockyard customer parking area and walk down from there. You will still need to go to the security building, which will be on your left-hand side and get them to buzz you through.
