90% of Tinnitus is caused by inner ear issues. We’re committed to tackling those issues. Should you fall within the remaining 10%, we’ll put you on the right path to relief. There is no closed door.
We’ve developed our own tinnitus grading system that goes above and beyond standard audiology
Lend us your ears. We need to know about you and what’s causing the problem. Let’s figure this out together.
We’ll test your hearing to where it fails. Tinnitus is usually found where your hearing is most deteriorated.
Using your state of the art technology and cleverly targeting software, we’ll establish the real issue.
If damage is there, it’s our job to find it, pinpoint it and minimise it. We’ll find that needle in a haystack.
Let us give you back the control over your tinnitus you’ve needed for the longest time.
Using our targeted bespoke sound therapy, unique algorithms and clever programming, we aim to reduce your tinnitus to an unnoticeable level.
With many patients experiencing relief on the very first appointment, some cases are tougher to treat than others. It’s not a one size fits all approach, but we get there in the end.
You have to hear it to believe it! Or not hear it, in this case…
Our tinnitus treatment plans include a comprehensive set of tests such as Pure Tone Audiometry, Speech Discrimination and Tinnitus Matching. This is how we compare to other audiologist practices:
Currently, there is no known cure for tinnitus. However, at Regain Hearing, we determine the pitch and frequency you’re experiencing to design a treatment that will often reduce it to an unnoticeable level.
Tinnitus can often resolve on its own after a few months depending on your circumstances. However, if your tinnitus significantly affects your quality of life, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for support.
We evaluate each patient on a case by case basis but we have been successful in minimising tinnitus to a level that isn’t noticeable using treatment.
Tinnitus sounds vary widely among individuals; it can be described as ringing, buzzing, hissing, roaring, or even a pulsing sensation.
This could be ‘pulsatile tinnitus’, a trickier form of tinnitus to treat. Contact us on 0800 028 6763 for more information/a consultation. It may be more suitable for us to make a referral.
