Company Director, Principal Audiologist
Lee Fletcher is the Company Director and Principal Audiologist at Regain Hearing. He’s been dispensing private hearing aids since 2005, after training at Amplivox Academy—where he also met his wife and business partner, Lindsay. Lee began his career with home-visit services and went on to develop the UK’s first mobile hearing demonstration unit. In 2007, he became the youngest Audiologist to run Amplifon’s flagship centre in Maidstone.
With a degree in Creative Music Technology from Sheffield University, Lee combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of sound. He specialises in hearing loss and tinnitus, using advanced techniques and a calm, friendly approach that puts patients at ease.
Microsuction is a next-gen alternative to conventional syringing. It offers a highly effective, pain-free, and safe way to remove excess ear wax, blockages, and hardened wax without any water or fluids that often cause irritation and discomfort.
Every client is different, and we diagnose, treat, and advise on issues as diverse as earwax blockages, tinnitus, hearing aid issues, and age-related hearing loss—adapting our advice, hearing checks, and techniques based on your circumstances and hearing quality.
Choosing hearing aids, understanding which models and brands best fit your budget, ear shape and expectations, and knowing how to manage cleaning, programming and device care can be complex. We offer 100% independent guidance, with demonstrations to ensure you make confident, clear decisions.
We stock a range of hearing aid accessories, cleaning kits, and other ear care and hearing health products. As always, we suggest brands or options that are best suited to your needs without any brand affiliations that can mean consumers spend more than they should.
Our renowned approach to tinnitus is a breakthrough in managing, relieving, and eliminating tinnitus symptoms. We use a mixture of personalised sound therapies and counselling, and many clients report an immediate reduction in the severity of their symptoms from their very first session.
Clients who work in high-noise settings, have previously had hearing loss or tinnitus issues, or have concerns about the health of their ears are often advised to invest in quality hearing protection. Regain Hearing’s professional audiologists can recommend headphones, ear defenders and other devices to protect your hearing over the long term.
Simply select your preferred day and time, and we’ll be delighted to welcome you to our clinic, with accurate, highly specific hearing tests, real-time results and advisory support from our five-star rated audiology team.
Worrying about what a hearing check might involve or feeling apprehensive about investigating the causes of your hearing issues is normal. Rest assured, we have a friendly, warm, and jargon-free approach and take all the time you need to ensure you understand how each test works.
Hearing tests are pain-free and performed gently. We’ll explain what is happening at each stage and invite you to watch your video otoscopy so you can see exactly what is happening inside your ears and what that tells us about your hearing.
Our extended two-hour hearing checks mean we can perform as many tests as we think would be beneficial, answering questions as we go and clarifying our findings and any therapies, treatments, or changes to your hearing aids we suggest.
We are passionate about hearing health and appreciate that changes to your hearing can profoundly impact your quality of life. Regain Hearing is known for our relaxed and reassuring manner, and we’ll always have a supply of refreshments and biscuits while you wait for your hearing check.
We welcome enquiries from the surrounding areas such as Bromley, Sidcup, West Wickham and Bexleyheath.
Regain Hearing’s teams are delighted to maintain a five-star client rating. This is a testament to our wonderful audiologists, hygienists, and support colleagues who go the extra mile to ensure hearing checks are positive and informative experiences. Book your hearing test today, and we’ll ensure your hearing and ears are in the best possible shape.
For many of our clients, our transparent pricing – with a complete hearing assessment costing just £69 – represents outstanding value for money, with flexible appointment times, immediate access to an audiology professional, and no waiting lists, delays or anxiety without knowing the outcomes of your hearing assessments.
The typical advice is to have a hearing test at least once every three to five years, although more often if you use hearing aids, are experiencing hearing loss, or have any concerns. That said, we often speak with new clients who haven’t had their hearing tests for many years due to a lack of services, and we’re here to help in every circumstance.
