Our Croydon clinic is conveniently located on Purley Way, within the iconic and well-known Airport House building – easily identified by the historic plane displayed outside. You’ll also find plenty of free parking near our front doors.
We appreciate that purchasing hearing aids can feel complex, with multiple brands and models, varied types and functions—and, of course, the cost of investing in a set of hearing aids you can depend on to augment your hearing for years to come.
As an independent, private network of audiology clinics, we are 100% independent without affiliations with any particular brand or model. While we stock and can recommend any hearing aid device or type, our suggestions are always customised to you and your requirements.
Our Croydon team offers full hearing evaluations as part of our service to ensure we have a clear picture of your hearing and ear health and add value to your experience, whether you wish to purchase hearing aids, reprogram your current hearing devices, or identify any causes linked to hearing loss.
The starting point is always to offer hearing tests, using the latest techniques and clinical equipment to verify why you are having difficulties with your hearing or why the hearing aids you currently use are ineffective.
As you would expect from an accomplished private team of clinicians, those hearing tests are pain-free and cover a broad scope, from ear pressure checks to video otoscopy, to help us adapt our suggestions and advice to you.
When we’ve completed a series of gentle hearing appraisals, we’ll be able to chat about whether you use hearing aids already, are interested in testing a few models, or would like to compare the types of hearing aids to see which you feel most comfortable with.
The right hearing aids can profoundly impact your hearing quality and ability to talk and converse. However, with such a vast number of potential solutions and brands on the market, selecting the optimal hearing devices can be complex.
Clients old and new are always welcome to book an appointment with our friendly audiology team, although the following are indications that you may benefit from a consultation as soon as is convenient:
Many of our clients opt for customised hearing devices adapted to the exact shape of their ears, most of which are almost invisible to third parties. However, it is well worth trying on a few of your preferred models to ensure you make an informed choice.
A consultation is an opportunity to learn more about the hearing aids we think may be suitable, test them for yourself, and understand how the settings and programs work before you make any final choices.
Your hearing ability can affect your quality of life. If you are worried about hearing loss, tinnitus, or other ear-related issues that are impacting your lifestyle, it’s time to take action. Contact our audiologists to schedule a consultation and let us help you live life to the fullest — with optimal hearing.
Our Croydon team consists of talented and passionate audiology professionals who take the time and care to ensure our clients are well looked after, confident with their decisions, and have independent advice before purchasing a hearing aid.
Maxinne is an equally accomplished team member with years of experience working in the audiology space, both within clinical environments and outreach programs, and helping people impacted by noise exposure, middle ear conditions and more involved medical diagnoses that affect their hearing.
Lee is an experienced audiologist who has worked in varied fields and specialisms and founded the Regain Hearing group in 2010. His current focuses include comprehensive hearing evaluations and treatments for complex cases of hearing loss, including a groundbreaking approach to tinnitus therapies.
Don’t let your hearing problems worsen over time. A hearing test can be the first step to help you regain your hearing and improve your quality of life. Now is the time to be proactive about your health, so what are you waiting for?
As a private audiology practice, we neither sell nor recommend specific hearing aids. Instead, we operate autonomously to advise whether or not hearing aids might improve the quality of your hearing, analyse any underlying causes linked to hearing loss, and suggest models best suited to your requirements.
In recent years, the diverse types of models, prices, placements and fitting mechanisms have made it tricky for many clients to know whether their current hearing aids are the best option or whether another more advanced hearing aid would augment their hearing quality.
We can discuss and explain how all the following hearing aid models work, function and look:
There is no universally ideal option, and we’ll take all the time you need to explain how each hearing aid works, which feels lighter or less intrusive, and which you may perceive as more stable.
Our role as your selected audiologist is to gain a full picture of your hearing health, suggest any therapies or treatments that might improve your hearing quality, and consult on whether hearing aids – if you currently use them or not – would be advantageous.
Initial hearing assessments are crucial since there are some cases where a simple ear wax blockage is the primary cause of hearing loss, which we can remove quickly, safely and without any pain or discomfort using a fast, innovative microsuction technique.
Other clients may have used hearing aids for many years, but be keen to learn more about the latest models and advancements and test these options to see whether the benefits are worth the investment in the highest-quality devices possible.
Regain Hearing stocks several highly respected hearing aid brands, with over 350 different models and professional warranties of between three and five years as standard.
As part of our commitment to client satisfaction, we also offer lifetime aftercare free of charge. This ensures that you can contact us anytime if you need help maintaining and caring for your hearing aids or would like a refreshed series of hearing tests.
Taking control of your hearing, understanding why you may have experienced changes in your hearing quality, or learning about the many potential hearing aid devices that would benefit you is always a positive step. We offer 100% independence, access to the latest audiology tech, and a friendly, welcoming service at every step.

Regain Hearing provides clear, transparent pricing to ensure no surprises. A comprehensive hearing assessment and consultation costs a set £69 for a full two-hour appointment.
This includes a video otoscopy test, purchase guidance, bespoke fitting, and free lifetime aftercare. As a rough guide, hearing aids can cost between £600 and £3,500, although we only recommend devices comfortably within your budget.

There isn’t any one hearing aid we would recommend for every client since this depends heavily on your preferences – such as whether you’d like a more solid, over-the-ear hearing aid or a slimline and lightweight model. Many clients might have personal preferences related to the hearing aids they are used to using and that feel familiar.
This is why we provide a complete series of hearing checks before we make suggestions, ensuring we offer access to our wealth of experience. However, if you’d like to explore the most innovative options, such as invisible hearing aids and those customised to you, we’ll, of course, be happy to show you a range of options.

Proper care and maintenance are key to ensuring a quality set of hearing aids continues to perform and function as you expect. Generally, we’d advise a daily clean using a clean cloth or antimicrobial wipe, although we can also schedule a more thorough professional clean and maintenance check as required.
