Donna Lucas

Donna has worked in different types of organisations before finding her position within Regain Hearing, where she has now been able to put all her experiences into one position.

Her experience has come from varied customer service positions that included complaints, sales, events planning and general customer service duties. Her employment journey started as a Dental nurse/practice manager.

Donna has a lot of experience in Health & Safety, First Aid, training and writing training, induction packs and had the responsibility of her own team within small and large companies.

She has a thirst for knowledge and will always strive to gain and learn new skills.

In her spare time, Donna likes to spend time with her family, alongside 2 huskies. She also enjoys general baking and baking special treats for her dogs and crafting – you will also find her in front of her sewing machine most nights and weekends. Donna also has been known to enjoy a karaoke session within her local area and even getting the night started by being the first one to put her name forward. She currently lives with her husband on a 1930s freight boat which they are renovating.
