Charlene joined Regain Hearing at the beginning of 2024, currently completing her HCA qualification. She has always been customer focused throughout her career and believes that attention to detail with kindness always travels the furthest.
She always puts her best foot forward with all patients, as a committed team member, focusing on customer care and delivering continued high-quality service.
She enjoys badminton in her own time, as keeping an active lifestyle is important to her. As she continues her qualification and training with the Regain team, she prides herself in providing a service that keeps us in the ‘active loop’.
